For Officials in QLD to indicate their availability to attend 2025 Outdoor State Championships due to:
- Not being selected by your Primary Association as the Association Team Technical Official or Umpire; or
- Your Association is not participating
HQ Pick-Up Technical Officials and/or Umpires will be contacted by the Association requesting assistance for a particular event Official and all communications and travel and tournament logisitcs and arrangements will be between the Association and Technical Official or Umpire, including financial reumeration for travel costs outlayed.
Associations and Technical Officials/Umpires should ensure they discuss and agree to the following requirements (however not limited to):
- Travel (flights, car hire, kms reimbursement)
- Accommodation
- Daily Allowance
Important to note Hockey Queensland is not responsible for negotiating any arrangements for officials, HQ is only facilitating the HQ Officials Pick Up list, where HQ will provide Association Admins (upon request) with the contact details of any technical official and/or umpire who has registered on the HQ Officials Pick Up list for that relevant event.
HQ will not be allocating any officials to teams from this list. The onus is on the Association and the Official to confirm their arrangments.
