Nominations for Qld Country selection now open

Nominations for Qld Country Team selection for 2022 are now open.
Teams are selected from the HQ Championship (HQC), from 30 April - 2 May 2022 at the State Hockey Centre.
The Australian Country Championships are scheduled to be held from 6th - 13th August in Albany, WA.
Eligible players need to follow these conditions:
- I reside in a country region of Queensland
- exemption: A player living in Brisbane for the purpose of study having moved here from a country region is exempt from this rule
- I play in a country region of Queensland
- I do not play in Division 1 of BWHA or BHA competition
- up to three players can be exempt from this rule as long as they fulfil the remaining requirement
- I have not represented QLD or any other state/territory at National U21 Championships or Hockey One in the previous year
(Note – any player who played U21/Hockey One for another state/territory/franchise through HA’s Import Process is eligible for selection)
