Indoor Selection of Queensland Squads

Selection of Queensland Squads from U13, U15 & U18 Boys and Girls State Championships.

From Under age State Championships a squad of approximately 30 players per age and gender will be selected. Selected squad members will be invited to attend a Training Camp in Brisbane at Kedron State High School on the dates below.  

The Training Camps will run between 4th  - 11th January, 2021.  
The proposed dates, times and age groups will be confirmed to the Selected Squad members.

Under 13 B & G’s    Wed 6th - Fri 8th Jan
Under 15 B & G’s    Mon 4th - Wed 6th Jan
Under 18 B & G’s    Fri 8th - Sun 10th Jan

Estimated Costs 

Travel to the Camp will be equalised for all selected players who have to travel to Brisbane from Maryborough north.  (This cannot be advised until the squads are selected).  
In addition to travel equalisation, a Player Fee of approximately $100 will be levied to attend the camp. This levy is expended on court hire, coaching and food.

Travel & Costs 

Travel will be the responsibility of the parents/players to arrange. Once booked the invoice for the cost is to be provided to their nominated HQ Team Manager.  
If travelling by car, fuel costs will be reimbursed.
Accommodation will be the responsibility of and will be organised and paid for by parents/guardians and will not be included in the equalisation process. 
HQ abides by State Government COVID restrictions for travel and accommodation and therefore squad members will be required to stay with parents/guardians for the duration of the training camp for all age groups.
