Hockey Queensland is seeking the community's feedback on the inaugural Hockey Queensland Championship held on the May long weekend this year.
We are seeking feedback from all in the hockey community, whether you attended the event or not.
HQ want to hear your thoughts on how we can improve for the 2022 event!
The survey will be open from 26 May until Sunday 6 of June.
