Food and Beverage Coordinator

Hockey Queensland is seeking a dedicated and passionate Food and Beverage Co-ordinator to start on 1st February 2024.
The Food and Beverage Coordinator is a part time role of 30 hours a week and is responsible for the State Hockey Centre Bar and Canteen operations. This includes providing a balanced range of nutritional food to athletes, spectators and visitors while maintaining a high standard of hygiene in the preparation, presentation and serving of food. The position requires a hands on and a team player who is willing to lead by example and support their busy team. The Food and Beverage Coordinator will also have knowledge of the financial aspects relating to the role, including managing staff, cost of goods to budget, rostering, and development of revenue building initiatives for the team.
