In Stage 3, attendance information for spectators now also needs to be recorded for all hockey venues for training and competitions. Attendees involved in actual training and competitions (players and officials) will still be recorded through the competition records.
As such, Hockey Queensland has purchased the QR code technology of Eva Check in, to register spectator attendance, and made this FREE for all of our clubs, Associations, and venues who chose to opt-in. Associations do not have to use this system if they have another process.
This system simply requires people to scan the QR code via their smartphone camera and then enter their details on their phone. This system is secure, contactless, and easy to use. Please follow your Association's instructions when accessing your venue.
The State Hockey Centre in Colmslie, Brisbane will be using this technology.
Follow the instructions below when checking in to the SHC. SHC Users are invited to scan this Field 1 QR code NOW to set-up their details ahead of time.
