HEAD COACHES

Title

  • National Indoor Head Coach (Women)

Position Reports To

  • Senior Manager - Community

Core Purpose

As the National Indoor Women’s Head Coach you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the technical and performance standards, with the clear goal being to achieve medal success at the 2025 World Cup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Lead and manage the coaching, development, preparation and performance of the National Indoor team.
  • Athletes: Lead and develop preparatory training programs for all National Team athletes, setting a clear direction for the National Indoor team and all athletes.
  • Camps: Identify and manage a well-rounded camp program that prepares the team for success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Understanding of leading trends in coaching indoor, including coaching science, practices and the appropriate application of leading technology tools.
  • Understand the key levers to achieve success.
  • Able to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Achieved successful performances at a National level in an Indoor coaching capacity.
  • Demonstrable experience in the establishment and execution of a performance plan that underpinned the attainment of success.

Remuneration

The role is voluntary. All expenses are covered via player levies.
