Hockey Queensland is proud to announce the winners of the Hockey Queensland Annual Awards for 2023.
Hockey Queensland was able to bring together the commmunity at the Annual Awards Dinner held at Voco Hotel in Brisbane on Saturday 28th October 2023.
Over 160 guests were in attendance from across Queensland including our Australian representatives and Brisbane Blaze superstars Rosie Malone, Tim Howard, Hannah Cullum-Sanders, Claire Colwill, Tatum Stewart and Beck Greiner.
The Annual Awards were in two categories – Achievement and Community.
The Hockey Queensland Achievement Awards celebrate those in hockey who had outstanding success in their field for 2023. These awards were voted on and decided by the relevant committees.
The Hockey Queensland Community Awards aim to celebrate those in our community that ‘go above and beyond’, without whom we wouldn’t be able to take the field each week.
Nominations for these awards were submitted by Associations, and voted on by the community. Winners were decided by the community votes and the HQ Awards panel.
