2021 Under 21 Trials Nominations

Under 21 trial nominations have been reopened, and will close on Friday 2nd April at 5pm.
The 2021 Hockey Qld Under 21 trials will be held at State Hockey Centre from Friday 23 April - 24th April.
Nominations are to be submitted by Associations, and not individuals. Those who have already nominated previously, need not nominate again.
This form is for Associations wishing to nominate athletes to be considered for the squad to attend trials for the U21 State Teams.
Associations have received the form directly.
