In order to be eligible for the cover players must be registered with Hockey Queensland and/or one of the affiliated bodies. National Insurance ProgramRegistered players, officials, and volunteers will be covered by the National Hockey Insurance Program. The program ensures that all registered participants have a minimum level of insurance protection before they take to the pitch. Marsh are the National Insurance Broker. Public Liability Insurance

The insurance addresses exposures//wrongdoings clubs and associations face everyday, including; discrimination, harassments, wrongful termination, inefficient administration or supervision, libel and slander, misrepresentations and employee theft.

Certificate of Currency
A Certificate of Currency is a legal document that demonstrates you have current Public Liability Insurance, Club Management Liability Insurance, or Personal Injury Insurance. This document is sometimes required by Council and/or Facility Management.
The individual Certificates are available on the links above. You will require a specific "club code". Please reach out to the HQ Office to obtain your club code for the download.
