Timeframe: within 6 months post event / once per year
Amount: Base: $500 / Rural: +$50 / travelling more than 800km: +$100
Criteria: based on HQ Strategic Plan

12 – 18 years old in year of event

Travel of more than 250 km (return) for State events

All State and National Under-Age Championships eligible

ACTIVE CLUBS (clubs and associations)
Funded Initiatives: training and education for volunteers / volunteer recognition / equipment (on-field and off-field) / opportunities for participation.
ACTIVE WOMEN AND GIRLS PROGRAM (clubs and associations)
Funded Initiatives: volunteer training, resources, equipment or creating more participation opportunities for women and girls
Timeframe: Febuary / March 2024
EMERGING ATHLETES PATHWAYS (athletes)
Funded Initiatives: Participation in State and Nation Championships

HQ ASSOCIATION GRANTS
Timeframe: Applications Jan/Feb - Acquittal: May & Nov
Amount: Up to $10,000
Criteria: based on HQ Strategic Plan
- Impact of the funding application to the strategic direction of HQ.
- Ability and capacity to deliver the initiative.
- Number of new, returning and existing members reached with the initiative.
- Commitment to growing umpiring and officiating in your region.

The Australian Sports Foundation funds projects designed to increase healthy activity levels and grow participation in sport. Grants are distributed to support projects that improve access to sport for a range of people and communities. There are also addition al resources available to support fundraising clubs and associations.
