Associations looking for umpires for their Finals and for other events, can complete the form below and Hockey Queensland will assist.
Register your request and it will be forwarded to the Umpires Committee and posted on the Hockey Queensland Umpires Group.
All expenses incurred by umpires are to be paid by the Association that appoints them.
