WHO CAN PLAY?
Anyone over the age of 18. Associations may be able to include U18 players following consultation with Hockey Queensland.
As per standard tournament regulations, players must be financial and not under suspension.
HOW TO PLAY?
Contact your Association or Centre of Origin to find out when your team trials are. As a player, you will have the option to play for your Centre of Origin (where you played your first game of hockey or where you played the majority of your hockey) OR your current registered Association/s.
Any player who has not been selected to play in their Association team or who is a member of an Association who is not participating, may register their interest in being allocated to another team to play in The Championship. This aims to support all Associations who are seeking players to enable them to enter team/s and provide more players the opportunity to play in The Championship.
